Our rates, like most other lodging houses, vary from season to season, availability and events.
Currently prices range from $60.00 to $129.00, depending on the events and type of rooms. We do try our best to give the guests a good value for their money.

Cancellation Policy
A deposit of the first night's charges will guarantee your reservation for the day of your scheduled arrival. Our reservation cancelation policy is as follows:
NON-GROUP BOOKINGS (2 rooms or less); any reservation that falls during special events or holidays has a one week cancelation policy. A refund will be issued if you cancel prior to one (1) full week before the day of arrival. You understand and agree the your credit will be charged the full amount of the first night's stay on all reserved rooms if you fail to make a verifiable cancelation prior to one (1) full week before the day of arrival. Any non group reservation that falls outside of the aforementioned dates is subject to a 72 hour cancelation policy.
Furthermore, any minor changes to your reservation must be made 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. We will try our best to accomodate you. By making a reservation, you hereby agree to pay the total amount charged to your card for the entire period of the reservation.
GROUP BOOKINGS (3 rooms or more): Verifiable cancelation must be made at least (14) days prior to the date of scheduled arrival in order to get a full refund for bookings that are part of a GROUP.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE GROUPS Bookings made by sports teams for hockey, basketball or other team games or tournaments, will, due to the nature of the tournaments be allowed a 72 hour prior to arrival day cancelation policy.
All exceptions to the aforementioned policy will be made solely at the hotel managements discreation.We hope you understand that our cancelation policy has been put in place after careful consideration of the inconvenience caused to our guests due to " last minute cancelations ".
